pagebox is a symbol font that allows to write numbers in
boxes - for chapter enumeration, page references, formula
numbers and many other things. Including symbols for
tolerances according to DIN ISO 1101, as well as some
symbols for literature, theorems, definitions etc. which
I use when taking notes in university.
The picture shows examples of how to use pagebox.
For easier accessibility, pagebox only uses the basic
7-bit character set. The letters
!"#$%&'()*+,;-?@ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRST\^_pq
produce stand-alone symbols.
With the rest of the character set you can build composite
symbols consisting of a left delimiter (:<UWY[uwy{),
any number of central symbols
(./0123456789=`abcdefghijklmnopqrst|) and a right delimiter
(>VXZ]vxz}). (More detailed description
of the character set coming soon.)
